Meet Dipper, a 9-year-old, ~15lb, Shih Tzu/Terrier mix. Dipper is a sweet boy who loves people and getting attention. He's done well meeting other dogs so far. Dipper will be going in for his neuter and a dental soon as his teeth were in rough shape.
