Emmy Lou is a little lady with a big voice, a bigger personality, and a master’s degree in emotional manipulation. She’ll gaze into your eyes like you’re the only person in the world, then use that connection to secure a second dinner. She believes personal boundaries are merely suggestions and that every closed door is a personal insult. All puppies are getting their 2nd round of vaccinations 11/3/26.
