About Dandelion
Meet Dandelion! This spirited little survivor has a remarkable story to tell. She started her journey on the beautiful island of Grand Cayman, where, at just 12 weeks old, she was found with severe chemical burns on her back. Fortunately, a compassionate foster mom stepped in, providing Dandelion with the love and care she needed to heal. Her scars may be visible, but they only add to the tale of resilience that defines this very special girl. Now around 9 months old, Dandelion is brimming with life and energy. She's playful and adores her tennis ball, bringing it back with enthusiasm for endless throws. Dandelion enjoys long walks and meeting new friends, and loves to showcase her zoomies in the yard. But after playtime ends, she transforms into the perfect cuddle buddy, curling up on the couch and soaking up all the belly rubs. Dandelion is housebroken and crate trained. She's sweet-natured and affectionate, getting along well with the older dog in her foster home, giving him space when he needs it. While she enjoys the company of other dogs with a proper introduction, she is still learning her leash manners and basic commands, though she can sit, stay, and give her paw already. This strong, energetic girl would thrive in a home with older children who can match her playful spirit. Sheโs not much of a barker, but since sheโs still settling in, we'll see how her personality evolves. Dandelion deserves a loving home where she can enjoy cozy cuddles, long walks, and a lifetime of tennis ball adventures. Ready to make this charming girl a part of your family?
