November is National Adopt a Senior Pet Month, and here's a heartwarming senior who deserves a home. Meet Jordy, a sweet 10-year-old mixed breed who weighs 25 pounds. After being found as a stray with severe burns on his back, he was surrendered to our rescue and has since healed beautifully, although he still carries some scars. Jordy is a loving companion who gets along great with both dogs and cats, making him a perfect addition to any home. His gentle nature and love for belly rubs are just a few of the things that make him special. Recently, he traveled to New York with his foster mom and did wonderfully, proving he's ready for new adventures. Jordy has been in our care for nine months and has only had one inquiry, but sadly, it didn't lead anywhere. He’s ready to find a forever home where he can be cherished in his golden years.
