Zoey is proof that a diagnosis doesn't define a dog. Yes, Zoey has megaesophagus, but let us tell you something... it doesnt stop her from being a happy, playful, completely normal pup! Her amazing foster mama gives us the best updates, and every single one reminds us of the same thing: Zoey is just a dog being a dog. She loves life, loves her people, and has so much joy to share. Dogs with megaesophagus can live wonderful, fulfilling lives with the right routine. There are plenty of resources available, and were always here to help guide adopters every step of the way. We also know that every family is different, which is why were happy to offer a foster-to-adopt option. Theres no such thing as a one-size-fits-all adoption, and we want everyone to feel comfortable finding the right fit. Zoey isnt looking for perfection shes simply looking for someone willing to love her and to understand shes just a tad different. And trust us... shes an absolute rockstar. See her in action here: https://www.facebook.com/reel/1417062076911159 All of our dogs come fully vetted and ready for their next chapter!
