About Hocus

Hocus has a gentle spirit and is looking for a quiet home where she can feel safe. Rescued on October 28, 2026, she prefers a low-key lifestyle, away from the hustle of busy environments. It's important for her new family to be patient and understanding; she thrives when given the choice to approach at her own pace. For Hocus, moments of comfort often mean letting her come to you for affection. Ideally, any children in the home should be at least 8 years old. Currently, Hocus does not walk on a leash, so having a securely fenced outdoor space for her potty breaks is crucial. At the San Diego Humane Society, she has already been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, making her ready for adoption.
