One year old, incredibly clever, and ready to keep you on your toes, meet Bandit! This handsome Blue Heeler is a bright, playful boy with all the trademark smarts and herding instincts that make his breed so special. He's always ready for an adventure and loves having fun, especially when he has a four-legged friend to play with! Bandit is great with other dogs and would love a home where he can enjoy plenty of playtime, exercise, and activities that put his clever mind to work. He'll thrive with an adopter experienced with herding breeds who understands his natural instincts and can channel them into fun, rewarding outlets like herding balls, interactive games, and positive reinforcement training. Like many heelers, Bandit may express his herding instincts by using his mouth during interactions with people, so he's looking for an adult-focused home without young children where his needs and communication style can be understood and managed. With the right guidance, structure, and plenty of appropriate ways to put his instincts to work, Bandit can enjoy being the clever, active companion he was born to be! If you're an experienced herding-breed enthusiast searching for a playful partner to keep life interesting, Bandit could be your perfect match! He's ready to put his brains, energy, and big personality to work alongside someone who understands what makes a Heeler tick.
