Molly is a WONDERFUL 13-year-old girl with plenty of spunk left in her adorable, stocky little body! She came to us from her loving mom, who was faced with a difficult decision. Continuing to live independently in her home was no longer a reasonable option, and unfortunately, Molly wasn't able to go with her to assisted living. It was a heartbreaking choice, but Mom reached out for help to make sure Molly would find a loving home for her remaining years. Molly is still pretty new to us, but so far, she's been showing us what a great girl she is! She really enjoys her walks and has been happily strolling the streets of Charlestown, MA. She also had a temporary male foster sibling and did quite well with him. One thing we've noticed is that Molly isn't a big fan of stairs. It sounds like she didn't have any in her lifelong home, and they definitely make her a little nervous. With time and confidence, this may become a non-issue, but we want potential adopters to know. Molly lived with a woman her entire life, so we don't know if she has a preference when it comes to men or women. Her first foster (who had LOTS of stairs!) was a man, and she did just fine with him. We'll keep updating Molly's bio as we get to know her better, but we'd love to see this sweet girl settled into her final loving home soon. And please, don't let her age scare you! This girl has plenty of pep in her step, and with a little more exercise, she'll be in amazing shape. She's got lots of love and life left to enjoy!
