Meet Casey, this sweet mixed breed is nearing 2 years old and has all the energy to show it! Casey originally came to us a few months ago after he was hit by a car, leaving him with a broken pelvis that took quite a while to heal. Casey's left hind limb seems to be making a wonderful recovery in the time he spent away with a family, you can't even tell it was broken! Casey was returned due to the family moving and sadly being unable to take him with them, so nothing that was his fault. Casey is the kind of dog with love to give to everybody he meets. Having his leg feeling better just means he has been making up for the time he couldn't run and jump, and he absolutely loves doing just that. Casey would do perfect in a more active household who has the time to let him play and a big yard to explore, while keeping an eye on that back leg of course. Our staff just adore this sweet boy, and it broke our hearts when he had to come back. We just hope his second visit isn't for long and his new forever family finds him soon. Due to Casey being a returned adoption, he is neutered! This means Casey can go home the same day he meets his new forever family!
