Alara is a female domestic short hair kitten, just 2 months old. She has a lovely black and white (tuxedo) coat and is house trained. Alara is spayed and vaccinated, making her ready for adoption. Located in Seneca, SC, she’s waiting for her forever home!

About Alara

Meet Alara! She and her siblings were rescued from a mobile mammogram bus, having quite the adventure before finding safety. ALARA stands for As Little As Reasonably Achievable, referencing radiation exposure, and this little sweetheart truly embodies that spirit. She possesses a charming heart-shaped patch on her side and a wise soul behind her curious eyes. At just two months old, Alara may be shy at first, but once you gain her trust, she blossoms into a cuddly companion who also loves a good wrestling match with her siblings. She gets along wonderfully with cats, dogs, and kids, making her a perfect addition to any family. Adopting Alara with one of her siblings, like her sister Ari, would be ideal, but she’ll also thrive with another playful kitty. Alara will be spayed on November 13, and she’s ready to bring joy to your home shortly after! If you’re considering adopting Alara, please note that applicants must be within a reasonable driving distance of Bethel, CT, or have arrangements in place to bring her home, as our rescue is based in South Carolina. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
