Rupp came to us as an owner surrender, through absolutely no fault of his own. He and his mom were outside dogs, and unfortunately, their family could no longer keep them safely contained in their yard. Now, Wrap is looking for a fresh start, NEW GROUNDS TO EXPLORE, and a NEW FAMILY TO CALL HIS OWN!🏡🐾 This boy deserves a chance to start his next chapter with a family who will love him and give him a place to belong. Could that be YOU?! 🥹❤️
