At just 8 months old, Buddy should be worrying about toys, treats, and growing up with the person he loves most. He should be making memories, learning new things, and believing that his person will always be there. But life had other plans. 💔 Buddy is now at our shelter after his owner passed away. Through no fault of his own, this sweet boy has lost the person who was supposed to be his forever. While his owner's life came to an end, Buddy's world changed in a way he could never understand. A shelter is no place for a young dog to grieve the loss of his person. 😭 He deserves a soft place to land, a family to hold him close, and someone who will give him the chance to love again. Buddy is the sweetest boy, and our hearts break knowing that at only 8 months old, he has already experienced such a heartbreaking loss. We cannot bring back the person he lost. We cannot explain to him why everything changed. But we can hope that someone out there will open their heart and give Buddy the forever he thought he had already found. 💔 PLEASE DON'T LET BUDDY GROW UP IN A SHELTER.💔 He has so much life left to live, so much love left to give, and an entire lifetime of memories waiting to be made with someone new.
