Meet Hellen. Hellen is a 2-3 year old beagle who appears to be blind in her left eye. When she first came in, she was sick. A bad infection in her eye, emaciated and running a fever. With treatment, she has since perked up. Letting more of her silly personality shine through. She's eager to be outside or sitting next to someone. Always seeking out affection. Hellen currently weighs 23lbs.
