Meet Strawberry Shortcake-quite simply, the sweetest dog you'll ever meet! This resilient girl is an absolute miracle. When she first arrived in foster care, she was very timid and nervous around both the resident dogs and me (her foster mom), even offering a few nervous growls. But what a difference a little time makes! By day two, she was already curling up in my lap and starting to accept her foster siblings. Just one week in, she is thriving, loving life, and completely inseparable from her new dog best friends. She is also a fantastic walking companion who can easily handle 2 to 3-hour strolls without missing a beat. Her Ideal Home: Strawberry is looking for an adopter who understands she needs a few days to decompress, build trust, and acclimate. In return, she'll reward you with a lifetime of outdoor adventures, tail wags, and cozy lap cuddles. Give her just a little time, and she will blossom into the absolute gem she is!
