Meet Ashley, a playful, curious kitten who is navigating the world with a fresh set of eyes -- she may even inspire you to do the same! While Ashley's playful antics may be entertaining and endearing, she still has a little ways to go before she can become the confident cat that we know she can be. Sometimes time is the best medicine, so giving Ashley the time and choice to come to you as she takes in her new environment will allow her to acclimate well to her new furrrever home. A quiet household, with guardians who have the patience to earn her trust will set her up for success. That being said, the best way to her heart is through play! She loves her wand toys and play will be the way to really connect and engage with her while she's adjusting to her new surroundings. We'll let you in on a little secret, Ashley is also good with other cats! While in foster, she shared a home with her brother and her foster's personal cat and did swimmingly. Knowing this, having a sibling or playmate in the home could be a good way for Ashley to learn the ins and outs of becoming a confident, affectionate kitty. Her foster only had the sweetest things to say about their time together: "In addition to being gorgeous and so soft, Ashley is an adorable sweetheart. She is very loving, and loves to be pet and played with. She circles around me over and over, rubbing against my legs when I'm sitting down and petting her. And she often crawls up over my leg and puts her head on me. All the while she's purring up a storm, and sometimes makes biscuits." Don't just take it from us, come meet Ashley and learn how rewarding gaining a kitten's trust and adoration can be. Primary Color: Black Weight: 6.5lbs Age: 0yrs 7mths 0wks Animal has been Spayed
