Meet Jay! Jay came to us as an owner surrender when his previous owner could no longer provide him with the care he needed. We welcomed him into our rescue and quickly got him up to date on his vetting! At approximately 14 years old and just 11 pounds, Jay is a little senior gentleman looking for a quiet place to spend his golden years. Jay has some eye issues that will require eye medication for the rest of his life. While he isn’t the biggest fan of eye drops, he’s manageable once you get the hang of it. Thankfully, this boy LOVES his treats, which definitely helps! Dog-friendly! No children under 12, please. Looking for a quiet home to enjoy his golden years. Requires ongoing eye medication. At his age, Jay deserves a peaceful home where he can relax, feel safe, and enjoy all the comforts of a loving family. He may need a little extra care, but he has plenty of love left to give to the right person. Could you be the one to give this sweet senior the retirement he deserves? Apply to adopt Jay today at luckydogrefuge.com! Once we receive your application, we’ll reach out to schedule a meet and greet. Let’s find this little gentleman a loving home to call his own!
