About Cobalt

Meet Cobalt, a gentle soul who’s learning to overcome his fears. When he first arrived, he was reluctant to walk on a leash, but thanks to the Canine Courage program, he's made great progress and now walks much better. At 1.5 years old and weighing 42 lbs, he’s incredibly sweet but still gets nervous in busy environments and when there’s a lot of noise. Cobalt adores pets and treats, but he clearly prefers the comfort of being indoors. If he feels overwhelmed outside, he may even try to claw at the gate to get back in. He needs someone patient to help him continue to grow more confident. If you're ready to lend your love and time, Cobalt would love to meet you!
