About Nicholas Needoh Bouncy Ball

Meet Nicholas Needoh Bouncy Ball Bisarek (or just Nicholas)! Nicholas is a resilient little kitten who has faced quite the challenge in his young life. After arriving at KCPP with severe head and neck trauma, he needed extensive care including syringe feeding and oxygen support for several days. Remarkably, Nicholas fought through his critical illness and made a wonderful recovery! While Nicholas appears to be physically fine, he does have some cognitive impairment. This means that he may not always grasp social cues or fully understand his environment. He doesn’t quite recognize when another animal isn’t as excited to see him, and he may not grasp potential dangers outside. Nicholas requires a home that can keep a watchful eye on him and help him navigate social situations. His ideal family will be warm and patient, especially with other pets who can appreciate his energetic and loving spirit. Nicholas also has feline herpesvirus, which typically manifests as a recurring runny eye, especially on the side of his face that suffered trauma. This quirk adds to his unique personality but isn’t life-threatening. Despite these challenges, Nicholas is a bundle of joy! He adores people, gets along great with dogs and cats, and would thrive in a home with children. Cuddling and affection are his favorites, and he shows his love by showering his humans with kisses. Nicholas runs to greet you as soon as he hears you come home, eager to spread the love. Nicholas is ready to find a family that appreciates him for who he is. If you think you could be the special home this sweet boy needs, please reach out to his foster mom to learn more or arrange a meeting! What are you waiting for? Apply today!
