About Bindi

Meet Bindi, a 1.5-year-old blue heeler with a weight of 30 lbs. She was in a foster home, but began herding the family's children, so she’s best suited for a home with kids aged 10 and older. Bindi can be a bit nervous in the shelter environment, but she recently passed her behavior evaluation. It's recommended to approach her slowly at first, as she is hesitant, but she enjoys pets and treats. Once she warms up, especially outdoors, her affectionate and playful personality shines through. Bindi is a curious and active lap dog who enjoys tug-o-war, playing chase, and cuddling. She’s already house and kennel-trained, alerting you when she needs to go outside. She has interacted well with a large dog in the past, showing her friendly side. Her ideal home should have older children and a lot of patience to help her settle in. If you think you could offer Bindi the opportunity she deserves, come visit her today!
