About Freyja

Meet Freyja, a cheerful 1-year-old girl weighing 57 lbs. She originally came to us as a puppy in 2025 but returned when her family moved to an apartment without enough space and had a young child that played too roughly with her. Freyja is a high-energy companion who thrives on attention. She loves being active, but if she's not engaged, she might chew on things out of boredom. While she's friendly and affectionate with large dogs, she unfortunately has a history of chasing small animals and cats, so supervision is recommended in those situations. Tug-o-war, fetch, and cuddling are her favorite activities, and she’s particularly vocal about her needs—she’ll bark and whine to let you know when it’s time to go outside. Her ideal home should have a backyard and older kids who can play respectfully. Freyja has house and kennel training but can have accidents if left alone for too long. For walking, she tends to pull on the leash, so we suggest using the Weiss Walkie for better control. Come visit Freyja today and see if you’re the perfect match! What are you waiting for?
