Tempo came to rescue on 10/29 so we are still learning about him. He was previously used as a breeding dog. He is believed to be 10 years old and weighs 15 lbs. Tempo has been fully vetted including neuter, microchip, senior bloodwork, vaccines, and he is heartworm negative. He had a dental with full extractions and has no teeth left. He is being fostered in Knoxville, TN and his adoption fee is $150. From his foster: Meet Tempo! 🐾 Hi, I’m Tempo! I’m a sweet, gentle guy with a big heart and a few special quirks that make me uniquely me. I’m a little cautious when meeting new people, so I appreciate a little patience while I get comfortable. But once I decide you’re my person, I have a pretty irresistible way of showing affection. I’m not a big fan of being picked up, but if you get me settled in your lap, I might just stay there snoozing for hours. Personal space? Never heard of it! I’ve recently had all my teeth removed, so I’m still figuring out this whole toothless lifestyle. Eating can be a bit of an adventure, and I’m not exactly the neatest diner. My foster family highly recommends placemats and possibly some wall protection around my eating area. Let’s just say I have enthusiasm when it comes to mealtime! The good news? I’m already neutered, sleep nicely in my crate, and rarely bark. I’m a pretty quiet little companion who would love a cozy home, a comfortable place to nap, and someone who understands that the best friendships sometimes take a little time. If you’re looking for a sweet cuddle buddy with a little personality, I might just be your Tempo!
