Hi there - I'm Rascal, a 6-year-old white and brown Shih Tzu with a heart full of love to give! I'm already neutered and ready to become your devoted companion. My friends here at the shelter say I'm affectionate, gentle, and loyal - I'm the kind of pup who thrives on cuddles and companionship. With an adoption fee of $150, I'm waiting to find my forever home where I can shower my family with all the love I have. Come meet me soon - I promise to be your faithful little friend!
