Oriole: A distinguished gentleman. A man of mystery. A window-seat enthusiast. A professional people watcher. And apparently, a little bit of a commitment-phobe when it comes to human affection. He may have arrived a little later than the rest of his foster siblings, but he wasted absolutely no time joining the gang. He gets along wonderfully with his fellow cats, loves being part of the action, and has claimed the window seat as his personal observation deck. And trust us, he's watching. He's basically the neighborhood HOA president in a tuxedo. Watch what you say and do around this one. Now, when it comes to people? Well... we're a work in progress. He wants to be loved. We can tell. He'll come close enough to make you think you're finally being chosen, only to disappear the second you make a move. He's still a little hissy and unsure about humans, and he's not quite ready for the whole adoption thing just yet. But we see potential. Underneath that cool, dapper exterior and perfectly offset mustache is a boy who deserves the chance to feel safe, loved, and comfortable enough to let his guard down. His ideal home will need a patient human who understands that trust takes time, along with a feline sibling (or two) who can show him the ropes. And if you happen to have a steady supply of canned shredded chicken? Well, let's just say negotiations may go a little more smoothly. He's not going to be the cat who runs up to greet your guests or immediately demands belly rubs. He's going to be the cat you earn. And when he finally decides you're one of his people, we imagine it'll be pretty special. For now, he's still working on his people skills. But we're rooting for this little tuxedo gentleman.
