Guys. We need you to look at this cat. His name is Absolem. And we don't even know where to begin. Those ears? Why are they like that? Why are they the weirdest/cutest thing ever? They are folded down like this man is part cat, part little pig, and part exhausted middle-aged man who has been victimized by life. And that face. He looks like he's about to tell you that someone has stolen his newspaper. Or that he's been standing in line at the DMV for six hours. Absolem is an absolute UNIT of a cat. He is a big boy with big cheeks, big head, big paws, and still an EVEN BIGGER HEART. Despite looking like he has absolutely had enough of everyone's nonsense, this man is actually the sweetest. His purr motor? Impressive. His head butts? Aggressive. His desire to be loved? Unwavering. His understanding of normal cat communication? Questionable. Most cats: “Meow! Hello! Could I have some pets?" Absolem: HISSSSSSSSSSSSSSS...usually. But he is also capable of low chirps and merps. It strictly depends on the time of day, and where he stands attention wise at that point. Not enough yet? Hiss. Some attention, but wanting more? Chirps and merps. Absolem is around 8 years old and has clearly spent most, if not all, of his life outside. And while he may look like a man who could survive another 20 years in the streets purely through spite, he shouldn't have to. This boy deserves to retire. Hims is sweet. Hims is ready. Hims has been outside longggg enough. Absolem needs a couch, a warm bed, and a human to love him all the time: ASAP. Please give this big ol' lunk of never-ending love a home!!
