Meet Frankie! This precious 6-week-old orange tabby boy has already been through more in his short little life than most cats will ever experience, but his story is only just beginning. Frankie came to us with severe eye problems that were beyond saving, and the heartbreaking decision had to be made to surgically remove both of his eyes. At just a few weeks old, this tiny baby has already endured so much. While we wish his start to life had been different, we're grateful that Frankie is now getting the care and love he deserves. Frankie may never be able to see the world around him, but that doesn't mean he can't experience all the wonderful things life has to offer. Blind cats can live incredibly happy, fulfilling lives, learning to navigate their surroundings through their other senses. Frankie has a whole lifetime ahead of him to discover the comfort of a warm bed, the excitement of new toys, and the love of a family who sees just how special he is. What breaks our hearts most is knowing that Frankie has never had the chance to see the faces of the people caring for him. But he doesn't need eyes to know what love feels like. Frankie will need a patient, understanding family willing to help him adjust to his surroundings and provide a safe, consistent environment as he grows. He's still just a tiny baby and will need more time to heal and develop before he's ready to go home. We know that some people may overlook Frankie because he's different, but we hope someone out there will see everything he has to offer rather than what he's missing. Frankie doesn't need to see you to love you. He just needs someone willing to love him back. Could you be the happy ending this brave little boy deserves?
