Although she is tiny, this sweet little girl is a young adult cat. She was in a hoarding situation, along with several other cats. She was picked up when the "owners" were evicted and abandoned the cats. GRETCHEN has gone through a lot and is still processing, but seems to be slowly acclimating. We do not know how she is with dogs, but she seems ok with cats. She probably as never known, one on one affection, so needs a gentle voice and hand before she is sure of intentions.
