Fudge is a beautiful female tabby kitten born July 27, 2026. With her gorgeous tabby markings and precious little face, this sweet girl is living proof of what love, dedication, and a second chance can accomplish. Fudge and her siblings were found all alone shortly after they were born. Their mother was nowhere to be found, and despite waiting for her to return, she never came back. We will never know what happened to their mommy or why she disappeared, but her absence left an entire litter of helpless newborn kittens fighting for survival. At such a fragile age, kittens cannot survive without constant care. They are unable to regulate their body temperature, cannot eat on their own, and depend entirely on their mother for warmth, nourishment, and protection. Without someone stepping in, these tiny babies would not have survived. Thankfully, one of Edgar and Ivy's dedicated foster caregivers opened her home and her heart to the entire litter. For weeks, Fudge and her siblings were bottle raised with the kind of extraordinary commitment that caring for newborn kittens requires. Their foster caregiver prepared bottles and fed them around the clock, kept them warm and clean, and carefully watched over their development. There were countless feedings, interrupted nights of sleep, and the constant responsibility of making sure every tiny baby was thriving. But slowly, those helpless newborns began to grow. Their eyes opened, their little legs became stronger, and eventually they reached the wonderful milestone of eating on their own. When Fudge and her siblings were old enough, they entered Edgar and Ivy's Cat Sanctuary to complete their medical care and prepare for adoption. Today, Fudge is a healthy, beautiful little girl who has been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. After everything she has overcome, she is finally ready for a family of her very own. We are looking for a loving indoor home where Fudge will always be safe, cherished, and protected.
