Miss Piggy is an absolutely adorable tabby and white female kitten born June 22, 2026. With her beautiful markings, precious little face, and irresistible personality, this sweet girl has come a long way from the critically ill baby who first arrived at Edgar and Ivy's Cat Sanctuary. Miss Piggy and her brother Kermit were taken to a local animal control facility when they were only five weeks old. Both kittens were incredibly sick, and at such a young age, their chances of surviving without intensive medical intervention were frighteningly small. When Edgar and Ivy learned about these two tiny babies, we brought them into our shelter's critical care program, where our team began the difficult work of trying to save their lives. Their recovery was anything but quick. For an extended period, Miss Piggy and Kermit fought through serious illness while our caregivers worked tirelessly to help them survive. They required medical treatment, careful monitoring, nutritional support, and the kind of dedicated attention that critically ill kittens need. There were difficult days and plenty of uncertainty, but we refused to give up on these two precious lives. Slowly, their condition began to improve. With time, treatment, and a tremendous amount of care, Miss Piggy and her brother finally regained their health. Today, it's hard to imagine that this beautiful little girl was once fighting for her life. Miss Piggy is now healthy, incredibly cute, and ready to begin a completely different chapter. She has been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped and is officially available for adoption. We are looking for a loving indoor home where Miss Piggy can enjoy everything she missed while she was so sick: toys to chase, soft beds to curl up in, gentle affection, and a family who will treasure her for the rest of her life. Miss Piggy and Kermit came to us as two desperately ill kittens whose futures were uncertain. After a long battle, they have finally reached the milestone we worked so hard to see. Miss Piggy is healthy, safe, and ready for a family of her very own. And after everything this precious little girl has survived, we think she deserves a truly wonderful happily ever after.
