Captain America is a black and white male cat about one year old. He is one of the 38 cats rescued from a hoarding house where they were living in unimaginable conditions. There was no food, no water, no litter boxes, no blankets or towels, and the cats were living crowded together in extreme heat. Many were extremely thin, sick with upper respiratory infections, and suffering from the effects of severe stress and neglect. These cats had been through hell. Captain America survived the hoarding house, and despite everything he experienced, he is an incredibly sweet and loving cat. He has been given the veterinary care he needed and is now neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Captain America has already experienced the worst of what a home can be. Now he deserves the chance to learn what home is supposed to feel like: safe, comfortable, peaceful, and loved.
