Casper is such an affectionate boy. He keeps quiet as he relaxes in his kennel all day. Reach your hand out and he will happily lean into all the pets. He has the most gorgeous duo color eyes, one green and one blue! The important thing about Casper is that he came into our care as a stray that had been declawed on his front paws. Our Shelter has a ton of great resources to provide on what that means for him and you, and we’re happy to answer any questions you might have! He is one amazing kitty and can’t wait to find a home who loves him so very much!
