Meet Cesar! Cesar is a curious puppy that loves playing tug of war and fetching. When he is done with all his fun and games he will curl up on your lap and nap. He enjoys getting hugs and listens well to no. Cesar is still very much a puppy and will get the zoomies and is working on his potty training and dog manners. He is food motivated and very open to training. Cesar has met dogs and children and done fine. Cesar has never met cats but is suspected to do fine with a proper introduction. Cesar is neutered, up to date on vaccines and chipped. All Better World Rescue dogs come with complimentary group and private training to help ensure a successful adoption. If you're interested in meeting Cesar please fill out an application and a volunteer will reach out. betterworldrescue.org/adoption-application
