About Aster

Meet Aster! This sweet, playful pup is a 3-month-old Pit Bull Terrier mix currently in Richmond, VA. At just 15 pounds now, he is expected to grow to be a larger boy, weighing between 60 and 70 pounds once fully grown. Aster has a lively personality and loves to be around people and other dogs. He is currently fostered with his sister, Fern, and has been sleeping through the night. Aster is still learning the ropes of crate training and house training but is eager to please. This affectionate guy would thrive in a home experienced with bully breeds, especially if there’s a well-socialized dog to mentor him. His loving nature means he’s always looking to be near his people. Aster is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, has been dewormed, and is on monthly preventatives. His adoption fee is $375, which includes core vaccinations, a microchip, and future neutering when the time is right.
