Written: 10/9/26 Age: 7 years, born January 2019 Weight: 64lbs Breed: English Bulldog Meet Zeus! Zeus is loyal, loves to be where his people are, friendly, chill, and well-behaved. He is just a snuggly couch potato! He’s such a chill dude. Just needs someone who can keep up with his allergies so he stays in the best health possible. He's a professional couch potato seeking lifelong best friend to provide shadow coverage for! He’s so relaxed that his chill is contagious. He’s a stress reliever - just looking at his squishy face immediately lowers your blood pressure. He's like Winston Churchill - a distinguished gentleman who looks like he’s about to give a speech to Parliament, but is really just waiting for food to drop on the floor. If you’re looking for a high-energy running partner, keep scrolling—but if you want a 65-pound professional nap enthusiast who will gladly help you cancel your plans, keep your couch warm, and look at you like you hung the moon every time you open the cheese drawer, I'm your guy. He is being fostered in Richmond, VA and is up to date on core vaccinations, has been dewormed, neutered, microchipped, and is on monthly preventatives.. His adoption fee is $375 and covers the cost of core vaccinations along with the cost of his care while in foster. We require that all adopters, regardless of the dog’s age, are committed to ongoing training and socialization as part of responsible ownership. To apply to adopt Zeus, visit www.beaglesandbentleys.org/adopt. Note: Sending a Petfinder inquiry is not submitting an application. We require a completed adoption application to move forward with adoption. Beagles and Bentleys has an across-the-board evaluative process that we apply to every application we review that prioritizes our animals in need. We conduct a vet reference check (all resident dogs must be altered/up to date on dhpp/rabies and monthly preventatives, and cats must be altered and up to date on rabies) and a virtual home visit call where we discuss the adoption process and see your home.
