Meet Loot! This resilient, gentle soul is looking for a patient home to help him write the next, happiest chapter of his life. After facing a tough, undersocialized start in the world, he is bravely learning what it means to be a loved family pet and is celebrating new confidence milestones every single day in his foster home! While he might take a little time to open his heart to new people, Loot is SO worth the wait. Once he knows he is safe, his affectionate side shines through, and he loves to quietly lean into his trusted humans for comfort. He handles the big, scary world by watching how other dogs react, making a canine companion essential to his growth! So much so, we are requiring that Loot goes home with another dog in the home! They don't have to be the most playful or anything, he just finds comfort in their presence. Loot would thrive best in a patient household that understands the beauty of slow, steady progress. If you have a welcoming home, another dog ready to show him the ropes, and plenty of love to give, he will reward your patience with a lifetime of love. Ask about Loot, today!!!
