About Nolan
Meet Nolan, an approximately 10-month-old Boxer mix ready to become your best friend! This charming boy has a sweet personality, fantastic household manners, and a heart full of love. Nolan’s journey is one of second chances; just moments before his scheduled euthanasia at a Houston shelter, a dedicated volunteer saw something special in him and stepped in to foster. Now, he’s thriving in a loving home, eager to find a forever family. Nolan is dog-friendly, enjoys the company of others, and has a cheerful, submissive nature. He does great sharing toys and treats, although he wouldn’t mind being the only dog if it means receiving all the love! He’s nearly house-trained, a little more than 90%, and is familiar with kennel routines, though he prefers being with his humans. He takes walks nicely in a harness and is a wonderful car companion, perfect for adventures. Nolan is also kid-friendly; just supervise him around toddlers because he's still a playful puppy. He loves to snuggle, whether on the couch or during nap times, mastering the balance of playful energy and laid-back cuddles. With so many positive traits, Nolan would thrive with a family that continues to provide love and opportunities to grow. If you’re searching for a companion who can be both an adventure buddy and a cuddle partner, Nolan is ready to fill that role! Could you be the one to give him his happily ever after? Nolan is available for adoption through Texas Bark Squad, located in Houston, TX. Out-of-state adoptions with transport are offered for approved adopters.
