About Maxx

Meet Maxx, a handsome and energetic young dog who embodies the intelligence and independent spirit of his Alaskan Malamute heritage in a unique, less-fluffy package. At around 98 pounds, this one-year-old is excited to bring his loyal and playful personality to a forever home. Maxx has a delightful character. He enjoys plush toys, squeakers, and even staring at his reflection. He’s always ready for a game of basketball and has a knack for being a helpful companion, whether it’s pushing open doors to assist with groceries or ringing the doorbell. His warm, cuddly welcomes are sure to melt your heart when you come home. Thanks to his foster family, Maxx has a solid foundation. He’s house-trained, crate-trained (and prefers to sleep in his crate), and knows basic commands like 'sit' and 'stop.' He relishes his walks and is improving his leash manners, though he will thrive with a confident walker to continue his training. Maxx has been great with older children and is playfully curious about other dogs he meets on walks. Maxx seeks an active, patient family that can offer the love and structure he needs to flourish. If you’re ready for a devoted companion who will enrich your life, inquire about Maxx today! He’s located in Houston, TX and can be transported to most states for $300.00. What are you waiting for?
