Meet CT Penelope! This lovely young poodle mix weighs around 40 lbs and radiates sweetness. She's easygoing, affectionate, and still full of playful puppy energy. Penelope enjoys playing with other dogs and walks pretty well on a leash. Recently groomed, she looks and feels fabulous. Penelope had a large hot spot treated on her lower back, and during her spay, some scar tissue was removed from one ear. She is still perfecting her manners, especially with puppy nibbles, but her affectionate nature shines through. This girl has so much love to share!
