About Garfield

Garfield is a delightful kitty who arrived after being dumped at a local creek. When a kind-hearted Foster saw him and stopped, he ran right over, eager for attention. This sweet tabby is playful, cuddly, and gets along with everyone he meets. Currently, he lives in a foster home with both dogs and cats. He’s comfortable around dogs, as long as they don’t chase him. At about 7 months old, Garfield simply wants to spend time with his people. He will surely make an amazing companion. All cats at Dixie Adoptables, including Garfield, are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, treated for parasites, tested for FIV/FeLV, and microchipped. This feline friend is currently fostered in South Mississippi but can be transported to approved adopters in various states, including VA, MD, PA, NJ, CT, VT, and NY.
