About Hope

Meet Hope! Those bright blue eyes will grab your attention right away. Hope’s charm goes beyond her looks; she's a gentle, sweet soul who has faced hard times yet remains full of trust and love. Rescued from the streets of South Texas, her spirit has only shone brighter since arriving at Central Texas Refugees. At about 2-3 years old, this mixed breed has a lean, athletic build and a soft, sweet face. Having had multiple litters before her rescue, she's gracefully healing and growing stronger each day. Hope aced her heartworm treatment and shows off her smarts as she already knows her name, sits for treats, and usually listens well. She's a loyal companion who loves to follow her people around, staying close even when off-leash. Having lived on a farm, Hope gets along wonderfully with dogs and cats. She’s a gentle presence, showing curiosity without being overly excitable, especially around farm animals. Eating dry dog food (Purina Dog Chow) well, she’s adjusted easily and is ready to join a loving home. Currently in the Austin area, this sweet, incredibly loving girl is just waiting for her forever family. Whether it’s cuddles or playtime, she's ready to be someone's best friend. That someone could be you! What are you waiting for? Apply today!
