Meet Jill! This 3-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel weighs about 29.4 lbs and is a super happy and affectionate companion. She eagerly follows her humans around, always ready to be their loyal shadow. While Jill enjoys her meals and is working on shedding some weight, she needs a dedicated adopter to help manage her portions and provide some daily exercise. Medically, Jill has a grade 3 luxating patella in her right knee and a grade 2 in her left, so keeping her at a healthy weight is crucial to alleviate stress on her joints. Recent tests indicate she has suspected macrothrombocytopenia, a benign inherited condition that doesn’t currently affect her wellbeing, but may require monitoring in the future. Jill is spayed, vaccinated, and her adoption fee of $200 covers her dental cleaning, microchip, heartworm test, wellness bloodwork, fecal flotation, and all core vaccines.
