About Toby

Toby is a charming boy who found himself in a tough situation, having been dumped with a large dog collar. He’s currently in foster care, where he shines as the sweetest feline you could meet. Though his meow is small, his personality is anything but. Toby adores food and snuggles, making him a delight to have around. His foster family is elderly, which emphasizes the need to find Toby a forever home quickly. He gets along well with other cats and is ready to bring joy to a new family. If you can open your heart and home to this lovely boy, it would mean the world to him.
