About Ivy

Ivy is an adorable little kitten with a unique way of showing affection. While some kittens prefer to sit in your lap or curl up beside you, Ivy has claimed your shoulder as her favorite spot. This charming girl has a playful personality, but she tends to be a bit shy at first. She’ll observe newcomers from a distance before deciding if you’re worthy of her attention. But once she warms up, you’ll be treated to her delightful company. When Ivy feels comfortable, she transforms into a playful chatterbox, expressing her happiness through sweet vocalizations. Whether it's a fun play session or some affection, Ivy has plenty to say about it. And when it’s nap time, it’s your shoulder she craves. She adores being close to her human and will happily settle in for a cozy snooze. Ivy is great with other cats and dogs, making her a fantastic addition to a multi-pet home. This little girl is looking for a family that understands her gentle nature and is willing to give her the time she needs to adapt. If you’re ready for a kitten who doubles as a personal shoulder warmer, Ivy might be your perfect match. Just a heads up—once she claims your shoulder, you might find it hard to get it back! Currently in a foster home in Chattanooga, TN, Ivy is available for adoption and can be transported to select locations across the continental United States. Residents of Massachusetts, however, are not eligible to adopt at this time. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
