About Oliver

Oliver is a sweet, timid guy who truly loves attention and cuddling. Since being surrendered at no fault of his own, he's gradually coming out of his shell. Although he was kept in diapers for marking, I've helped him transition away from that, and with some observation, he's been doing quite well. He knows his name and corrects his behavior accordingly. With a low energy level, Oliver is looking for a loving home where he can feel safe and cherished. This lovely dog is in Toledo, OH. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
