About Churro

Meet Churro, a charming and big-hearted German Shepherd looking for a loving home. At four years old, he wants to find his forever family—especially active individuals who appreciate a loyal companion to share adventures with. Churro enjoys the outdoors and would be thrilled to join you on daily walks and hikes. He has a knack for being great both inside and outside the home. A remarkable thing about him is that he's fully house-trained and has never had an indoor accident! Although he can be a bit anxious when meeting new people—sometimes barking when unsure—Churro will warm up to those who approach him calmly, especially if you have some treats handy! He’ll benefit from an owner who can help him build confidence at his own pace, as he hasn't had much socialization training yet. Churro may coexist with other dogs if introductions are done carefully, but he prefers a home without young children due to their unpredictable behavior, which he finds overwhelming. He'd love a spacious home with a securely fenced yard for exploration and outdoor fun. His ideal owner is active, confident, and patient—a perfect fit for such a loyal companion. If you're interested in meeting Churro, please reach out to David at 352-665-2912. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
