About Miriam

Meet Miriam! This sweet girl was rescued from animal control and brought to BARC Houston along with her three newborn puppies. Unfortunately, only one puppy survived, and both were facing euthanasia just six days later. We are so relieved that someone stepped up to save this little family. Miriam is reportedly around six years old, but she seems younger. Her previous life remains a mystery, but what we do know is that she is an affectionate lovebug who truly enjoys life. With a playful, moderate energy level, she would thrive in a home with other dogs or as the solo pet. Miriam seeks a family to provide her with the love and safety she deserves. If you’re looking for a semi couch potato with the occasional zooming tendencies, Miriam might just be the perfect match for you! Ready to make her part of your family? Apply to adopt Miriam today!
