About Ace

Meet Ace, a charming and sweet Plott Hound who’s around 6 years old and weighs 65 pounds. He has a beautiful brindle coat and soulful eyes that reflect his gentle nature. Ace is impressive in more ways than one: he's kennel trained and goes in without hesitation, making him an easy travel companion for car rides. Ace gets along well with other dogs and has a calm demeanor, showing that he’s quite laid-back. Interestingly, this handsome fellow doesn't seem to enjoy being vocal, possibly saving his singing for a special moment. Though he’s a strong puller on leash, Ace responds well to a properly fitted nose halter or prong collar. It’s best to prepare for some training to help him with his walking manners. While adjusting to a new home, he may require patience and security, as he can be a flight risk initially. A securely fenced yard of at least 5 feet is recommended, and he should be leashed during walks until he knows he’s truly home. Ace isn’t asking for luxury; just a loving person willing to help him settle into his forever home. Could you be the one to give this lovable explorer his happily-ever-after? Ace is available for adoption in Utah. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
