About Chip
Meet Chip! Chip is a cheerful and friendly Bully mix, currently residing at the McNairy County Humane Society Center in Tennessee. Once he has a committed foster or adopter, he can travel to Massachusetts. Chip weighs about 65 pounds and was born on January 1, 2024. Heβs a happy dog who loves people and is quick to get excited when he meets someone new. Although he may have a burst of energy at first, he quickly settles down and enjoys affection and attention. Chip gets along well with other dogs, making him a great addition to a multi-pet household. He has also shown to do well with kids ages six and older who are comfortable with his size and initial excitement. His history living indoors is unknown, indicating he might need guidance to adapt to home life. Ongoing training will help him develop good habits. Chip is working on potty training, crate training, leash skills, and basic manners, so heβll thrive with a family that can provide structure, consistency, and regular exercise. Once his initial excitement fades, heβll be ready to relax and soak in the love. All dogs at the rescue are spayed or neutered and up to date on vaccinations, so heβs ready for his next adventure.
