About Pete

Meet Pete! Available for foster, adoption, or foster to adopt, Pete is eager to find his forever home. This 20-pound male Pit Bull mix is currently in Tennessee but can travel to Massachusetts once he is neutered and has a committed foster or adopter. Pete is a friendly puppy filled with curiosity and playful energy. He loves exploring and enjoys attention from people and playing with other dogs, as he is definitely dog friendly. Since he's still young and has only lived in a sheltered setting, transitioning to a traditional home environment will be new for him. Currently, he’s working on potty training, crate training, leash skills, and basic puppy manners. Families ready for the challenges and joys of raising a young puppy will find him a great match. Structure, consistency, and continued socialization will help him thrive. Pete does not need to be adopted with his sister, Penny, as they are available separately. All pets are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and on preventatives before adoption. Are you ready for the fun and companionship that Pete will bring?
