It’s essential for her new family to be patient and dedicated to her development. Dulce comes with a spay/neuter contract, and the adoption fee includes a refundable $100 deposit once proof of sterilization is provided. Adoption will be finalized only after she has been sterilized. She’s fostered in La Feria, Texas, and out-of-state transport is available for approved adopters at no extra cost.
