After no owner stepped forward, he officially became a rescue pup, ready for a new beginning. His name, inspired by Scotland's national flower, fits him perfectly as he was discovered tangled in thorns, indicative of his rough past. Thistle can be a little prickly at first, needing some time to warm up to new people. But once he does, he transforms into a loyal, snuggly companion.
